If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. Please email email@example.com with order # within 14 days of purchase.
We accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of original shipping date for store credit. Credit will be processed once received an inspected.
We do not accept cancellations, thank you for understanding!
When EXCHANGING item(s), you will be able to shop for new pieces, and new item(s) will be shipped once the exchange package is “in transit” back to us.
Please include the original order packing slip in the return package to expedite the return process. Once your return/exchange has been created, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.
